These terms apply to dine-in, takeaway and group orders at Himalayan Tadka, 01, Near Panchayat Ghar, Bapu Gram, Virbhadra, Rishikesh, Dehradun, Uttarakhand 249202, and to the use of this website. By using our services or this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Food

Himalayan Tadka is a pure vegetarian restaurant. We do not serve meat, fish or egg. Our dishes may contain dairy, nuts, gluten or other common ingredients; please inform us about any allergies before ordering.

2. Menu and Prices

• Menu items, prices and availability may change without notice, depending on the season and ingredients.
• The price charged is the price confirmed at the time of ordering.

3. Table Bookings

• Bookings are confirmed only after we reply by call or WhatsApp.
• We may hold a booked table for up to 15 minutes after the booking time.

4. Takeaway and Group Orders

• Takeaway orders should be collected at the agreed time.
• For large group or bulk orders, we may ask for an advance. Cancellation of a confirmed group order should be informed at least 24 hours in advance.

5. Payment, Cancellations and Refunds

We accept cash and UPI. An order cannot be cancelled once the food has been prepared. If an advance was paid for a group order and the order is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, the advance will be refunded within 7 working days to the original payment method. If there is a problem with your food, please tell us immediately so we can fix it.

6. Communication

By sharing your phone number with us, you agree that we may contact you by call or WhatsApp regarding your booking or order. You can ask us to stop messages at any time.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
